Oliver Hawkins2026-08-31We had a lovely stay at Brandane and would definitely recommend it. The bungalow is in a really peaceful, quiet location, but it’s still within walking distance of the pubs and shops, which was really handy. It was perfect for our family holiday — spacious, clean and comfortable, with really comfy beds and plenty of room for everyone. The large enclosed garden was a real bonus, especially with the dogs, as it gave them a safe space to run around. Arran itself is absolutely beautiful, with so much stunning scenery to explore, lovely walks and plenty of places to visit. It really is the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy some quality family time. Brandane was a great base for exploring the island, and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay. We had a fantastic time and would happily come back! ❤️
Sonja2026-08-30Having just returned from this beautiful place, we have already discussed going back! We happened to catch a post about a holiday cancellation which introduced us to Colin - the most wonderful, considerate and understanding host. We booked Airlie gardens for three of us and our two dogs. The accommodation was easy to find following Colin's directions. The house itself is spacious, light, clean and features everything you may need including the most gorgeous front rooms with an incredible view. Our dogs enjoyed the very private, charming back garden and running around the house. Our beds were comfy, bedding clean, towels fluffy and soft, and the whole house comfortable, clean and tidy with plenty of space. To top it up, it was also very reasonably priced. The town, and the entire island is charming, super welcoming and brimming with opportunities to experience local produce and culture. We will most certainly return. Thank you!

The accommodation was very spacious and is well kitted out however could benefit from a lick of paint throughout the property. Also a signpost would be very helpful to find the property as it’s hard to see it from the road. It’s very close to the centre and we would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Very comfortable, spacious yet cosy accommodation with an excellent kitchen/dining area with picture windows overlooking the garden. Fabulous walks from the doorstep. Highly recommended!
Pam Bowie2026-05-16We enjoyed our time at Brandane. The property was spacious, clean, well equipped, has private parking and within walking distance of Brodick seafront. A bit dated but that wasn’t a problem. We couldn’t find an information file on how to work the appliances, heating and wi fi but we managed anyway.
